This was Dr. Eppley's response to my pre-op correspondence..Wouldn't anyone reading this rightly assume that this man had a thorough understanding of the problem? Would you agree that I had a RIGHT to believe that he would lift my face and neck in vectors of tension APPROPRIATELY UPWARD, AND NOT LATERAL AND DOWN?? The operative word here is LIFT, isn't it? 'You would have trusted he knew what he was doing and appreciated how much TRUST I had placed in his hands?
